Meet Todd, a jack of all trades with a burning passion for real estate and endless motivation to seek new opportunities. Originally from the Waterloo region, Todd moved to the Southern Georgian Bay area 30 years ago where he resides with his wife and dog, while their two daughters pursue post-secondary studies. Naturally extroverted and inquisitive, he’s deeply interested in learning about his client’s stories. Honest, authentic, engaging and respectful, Todd brings a one-of-a-kind personality to the industry. You’ll have to meet him to see what we mean!
With a background in land-use planning and teaching, Todd brings a unique perspective to the industry. Committed to leaving no stone unturned, he’s all about finding creative solutions for his clients to suit their needs and goals. Whether he's finding the perfect location and space for a buyer or helping a listing client showcase their property for the market, Todd’s desire for helping his clients is undeniable. Keeping up to date on the latest market trends, combined with his natural attention to detail allows Todd to meet the unique needs of each client he works with. His passion for real estate and the clients he serves truly is unquestionable.
Outside of real estate, Todd and his family stay active. You may recognize him from our community, where he has coached school teams, volunteered for two terms on the Town of Penetanguishene's Committee of Adjustment and actively explores local trails by foot, bike and snowshoe. On weekends, you might find Todd completing a do-it-yourself project, sometimes with family and friends. If you’re ever in need of a tool, he probably has it! Not only does Todd enjoy our local area, but he’s also an avid traveller, who looks forward to annual getaways with the family to warm destinations. More recently, Todd purchased his first motorcycle and now rides a Harley. No matter the season, Todd’s always up to something fun!

2. While in university, Todd spent two summers in the Arctic building swimming pools and teaching kids to swim.
3. Todd loves maple syrup on his fried chicken!
Todd’s Dream Home
A home that's a reasonable distance to both of our kids when they eventually become homeowners. It has and always will be a walkout bungalow that backs onto a natural open space, preferably near Georgian Bay but a pastoral setting ticks the box as well. A place where we could enjoy swimming in the Bay and walking on the sandy beach on a warm summer afternoon. Daily walks with the dog in the surrounding forests and relaxing with sunsets off the rear deck would be ideal! And let's not forget the loft over the detached garage where extended family and friends can retreat to after a relaxing visit. That's our dream home.
