Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Team Jordan Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Team Jordan Realty, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 25, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
Visit teamjordan.ca/giveaway and complete the official entry form with accurate contact information.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one base entry per person.
Bonus Entries
Participants may receive additional entries as follows:
• Booking a CMA with our team (+100 entries)
• Scheduling a Buyer Discovery Call (+100 entries)
• Attending a Team Jordan seminar and checking in with our team (+50 entries)
• Visiting a Team Jordan open house and signing in at the event (+20 entries)
• Following @teamjordanfirst on Instagram or Facebook (+10 entries)
Bonus entries are credited only where the participant's name matches the name submitted on the entry form. Bonus entries must be earned within the Giveaway Period and are awarded at Team Jordan Realty's discretion.
Prize
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $500 gift card toward a concert experience, issued through a third party ticketing provider or venue selected by Team Jordan Realty.
Gift cards are subject to the issuing provider's terms, expiry, and redemption conditions. Winners are responsible for all costs not covered by the gift card, including travel, parking, accommodation, food, and beverages. Team Jordan Realty does not guarantee availability of any specific event, artist, venue, or seating.
Total prize value: approximately $1,000 CAD.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on or around August 26, 2026. Selected winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification & Claim
Each selected entrant will have 48 hours to respond and confirm eligibility. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and have no cash value.
Delivery
Each $500 gift card will be delivered electronically to the winner or arranged directly with the winner. Team Jordan Realty is not responsible for delays, technical issues, event cancellations or postponements, ticket availability, or third-party fulfillment limitations.
Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information solely for the administration of this Giveaway. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
General Conditions
Team Jordan Realty reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process. Team Jordan may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, or any ticketing provider or venue.
