Eligibility
The Team Jordan Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Team Jordan Realty, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 25, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
Visit teamjordan.ca/giveaway and complete the official entry form with accurate contact information.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Participants may receive additional entries by:

Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) $250 gift card to a nearby grocery store.
Total prize value: approximately $1,000 CAD. Gift card location and availability may vary.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on or around February 28, 2026. Selected winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during entry.
Winner Notification & Claim
Each selected entrant will have 48 hours to respond and confirm eligibility. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Delivery
Gift cards will be delivered digitally or arranged directly with the winner. Team Jordan Realty is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or third-party fulfillment limitations.
Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information solely for the administration of this Giveaway. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
General Conditions
Team Jordan Realty reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process. Team Jordan may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
