Anne is one of the most caring and empathetic individuals you will ever meet. Living and cottaging in the area throughout her life, Anne has deep roots in Simcoe County and Southern Georgian Bay and brings this knowledge to her clients. Having grown up swimming and picnicking on the beaches in Tiny Township, Anne continues to embrace the outdoor lifestyle of the area by kayaking, cycling and mastering the art of barbecuing (hopefully with a lovely glass of wine in hand).
A responsive, professional Agent, Anne seeks to build long lasting relationships that go well beyond the transaction. 1. Anne has flown a plane by herself and lived to tell the story.
2. 30 years ago, Anne supported her only sister as she became an Agent. That sister is Lorraine Jordan!
3. As a trained landscape architect, Anne designed and taught contractors how to install professional landscape lighting for over 10 years. She still thinks of all the missed opportunities when she walks by a beautiful garden that isn’t properly lit!
Anne’s Dream Home
A modern home overlooking the ocean, with an outdoor kitchen, covered porch, landscape lighting, an infinity pool, wine cellar and home theatre. There would be plenty of room to host friends and family!
