Humber College’s Real Estate Salesperson Program
A leader in post-secondary education, Humber College offers the Real Estate Salesperson Program on behalf of RECO. Through a combination of online course materials and interactive classroom sessions, the Real Estate Salesperson Program allows students to learn at their own pace, while equipping them with a mix of knowledge and real-life experience to begin a successful career in real estate.

What You’ll Learn
The program is broken down into two phases that include a combination of courses and simulation sessions, taking approximately 24 months to complete. Throughout the two phases, students learn all aspects of a transaction for residential and commercial real estate. This is a brief overview of the first phase:

· Residential Real Estate Tractions
· Additional Residential Real Estate Transactions
· Commercial Real Estate Transactions
· Getting Started
Simulation Sessions:
