Calling Barrie home for nearly 20 years, Vanessa has seen the Barrie real estate market evolve into what it is today. Before her career in real estate, Vanessa studied at the University of Toronto and had the opportunity to work in a Veterinary Clinic where her love for animals and passion for helping others continued to grow. Helping others is Vanessa’s second nature. She proactively determines the needs of her clients to find them exactly what they are searching for. From a vacant lot perfect for building, to a well-appointed home in town, Vanessa is happy to help.
Vanessa’s motivation comes from making people smile and her desire to serve people in her community. Staying in touch with clients after the move to build a lifelong relationship is one of Vanessa’s favourite parts about being an agent. She is always happy to catch up, provide market insights and make small suggestions to increase the value of a home.
When Vanessa isn’t connecting with clients, you’ll find her volunteering in the community or spending time with her three sons. With children who are on their way through university, family time is an important part of Vanessa’s life. Enjoying a home cooked meal together and laughing around the kitchen table is the ideal way to catch up after a busy day. On a quiet night, Vanessa can be found curled up reading a book about philosophy with her three cats by her side.

Vanessa’s Dream Home
My dream home would be a restored century home with a big kitchen and lots of room for friends and family to come visit. There would be a wrap around porch with amazing views of the property that includes a pond, stands of mature trees, a horse stable and acres of rolling terrain. A Border Collie, cats and Shetland pony would make it just perfect
