Vanessa has called Barrie home for over 25 years and has watched the market change through every stage of it. Before real estate, she studied at the University of Toronto and spent four years working in a veterinary clinic, where she built the habit that still defines her work: listening carefully, then solving the problem in front of her.
She works with buyers and sellers across Simcoe County, from vacant land and building lots to established homes in town. Her approach is practical. She takes the time to understand what a client actually needs, then narrows the search to properties worth their time.
Staying connected after closing is the part of the job Vanessa values most. Clients hear from her with market updates, honest answers, and suggestions that protect the value of their home long after the paperwork is done.
Outside of work, Vanessa volunteers in the community and spends her time with her three sons, two of whom are making their way through university. A home cooked meal and a full kitchen table is her idea of a good evening.
